What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting leading cancer centers and oncology networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers
- Deliver presentations and training sessions on test benefits and workflow to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance communication and thought leadership initiatives
- Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement and clinical education initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales and team management
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in relevant roles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Management
- Strong strategic thinking abilities and experience in developing and executing plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Established relationships with medical oncologists in key geographical areas
- Proficiency in CRM systems and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
