      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the Enterprise segment, ensuring accountability for KPIs and revenue forecasting
      - Lead complex, high-value negotiations for Tier-1 enterprise opportunities
      - Mentor junior and mid-level Sales Executives to enhance their consultative selling and closing skills
      - Collaborate with product teams to translate merchant requirements into actionable innovations
      - Represent the employer at industry conferences and executive roundtables to enhance brand positioning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 15+ years of relevant sales experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years in Enterprise Payment Acceptance
      - Proven experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on performance improvement
      - In-depth understanding of the global payments value chain and API-driven financial services
      - Established relationships with CXO-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
      - Strong ability to navigate regulated environments and create structured sales processes

      - Experience designing complex commercial agreements that balance merchant ROI with company profitability
      - Exceptional storytelling skills to convey a vision for the future of payments to diverse audiences
