      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute the customer sales strategy, ensuring revenue and profit goals are met for the source tagging business
      - Build and maintain relationships with key customers, educating them on solutions to enhance sales and efficiency
      - Conduct market analysis to guide product development and identify growth opportunities
      - Collaborate with internal teams to provide first-class customer service and support
      - Liaise with global partners and participate in industry events to represent the employer’s interests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of six (6) years of sales experience, with at least three (3) years managing large/national accounts
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPGs), suppliers, and packagers
      - Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
      - Exceptional communication skills to engage with all levels of management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Formal sales training is a plus
      - Experience in retail loss prevention or store operations
      - Knowledge of merchandise loss, theft, and protection strategies
      - Proven ability to identify and acquire new customers
      - Familiarity with demand planning and supply chain management
