      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Become an expert on the employer's IoT products and their applications in physical operations
      - Articulate how businesses utilize the employer's solutions to overcome industry-specific challenges
      - Deliver necessary documentation and demonstrations to facilitate sales processes
      - Guide installers on best practices for deploying the employer's products
      - Act as a liaison between product and sales teams, providing technical feedback and support to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support roles
      - Ability to influence stakeholders with technical sales acumen and understanding of business processes
      - Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
      - Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or advanced education in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
      - 8+ years of enterprise experience in a pre-sales environment
      - Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic systems and their applications
      - Experience with task automation scripting and data transfer between systems
      - Hobbyist interest in electronics and related projects
