What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in understanding the value of the employer's solutions during the sales process
- Demonstrate products and address customer inquiries during initial sales calls
- Support customers during proof of concept sessions
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zone differences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support
- Experience working in or supporting the Public Sector
- Proficiency with multiple operating systems, especially Linux
- Top Secret/Secure Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope/Lifestyle Polygraph
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Regex
- Enthusiasm for providing feedback and playing with the product
