What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Travel up to 30% for customer engagements and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support
- Familiarity with the employer's products, with an ability to provide feedback
- Residence in Pennsylvania
- Experience working remotely
