      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to design tailored solutions based on customer needs
      - Co-own product and technical evaluations, defining scope and execution plans for pilot projects
      - Translate customer workflows into scalable integration designs and validate technical readiness
      - Capture technical requirements and influence the evolution of product architecture
      - Guide customers through security and compliance evaluations with clarity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong command of SaaS architectures, APIs, and data integration patterns
      - Experience in technical discovery and evaluations that drive deal success
      - Clear and concise communication skills for translating complex concepts
      - Customer-focused mindset connecting technical design to business value
      - Structured problem-solving skills to design practical solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture in SaaS, with complex B2B integrations
      - Experience in high-growth startup environments
      - Familiarity with legal tech, AI, or enterprise data environments
      - Ability to switch between pre-sales strategy and hands-on technical work
      - Desire to help define world-class presales practices at the employer
