What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and proactively advance deals
- Conduct disciplined prospecting and schedule meaningful meetings with decision-makers
- Rigorously qualify opportunities and present value-driven business cases
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Provide customer support through the installation process and ensure client satisfaction post-install
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of field sales prospecting and cold-calling experience
- Strong time management skills and a structured approach to prospecting
- Proven consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience in building relationships with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; valid driver's license and insurance required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven success in field sales with experience using Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
