What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and develop service opportunities related to software deployment and optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and address service needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver high-quality service solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets for service-related revenue, including consulting and training packages
- Stay informed about industry trends and represent the employer at industry events and customer meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the software or technology sectors
- Must reside in the assigned territory or be willing to relocate within 6 months of employment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of NetSuite or similar CRM tools
- Experience in consulting, training, and implementation in a software environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend events outside of regular business hours
