      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales targets by developing and executing action plans to increase test orders and expand market share for Prolaris, MyRisk, and Precise
      - Engage strategically with urologists, urologic oncologists, pathologists, and radiation oncologists to boost access and adoption of diagnostic solutions
      - Educate healthcare providers on advanced risk assessment and treatment approaches in precision oncology
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with targeted physicians, understanding their practice economics and value drivers
      - Advocate for treatment decisions that optimize patient outcomes and enhance quality of life

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree preferred with a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare services
      - Experience in the urology and/or urologic oncology therapeutic area is preferred
      - Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
      - Professionalism in handling patient and physician information
      - Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the employer's criteria; overnight travel as needed/required
