What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute impactful promotions for accounts in On Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores)
- Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays and resetting coolers
- Display point of sale items to enhance brand visibility
- Conduct waitstaff and bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume
- Learn about the selling process and the 3-tier system within the alcoholic beverage industry
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a registered and insured vehicle, with the ability to drive to and from accounts
- Must be able to work nights and weekends throughout the summer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or marketing within the beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Enthusiasm for learning about the alcoholic beverage industry
- Experience with event planning or promotions
