What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver sales and profit commitments while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute annual operating plans and strategic objectives for the sales team
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance excellence and individual KPIs
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers to drive growth and brand loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives from concept to delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Substantial experience in senior sales roles within an MNC environment, ideally in packaging or FMCG
- Proven track record of delivering financial targets and growing business through effective sales management
- Strong experience in talent identification and development
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in front of senior audiences

- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on driving growth
- Solid technical aptitude and knowledge of the packaging industry
- Familiarity with Amcor’s products and competitive market landscape
