      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build, lead, and scale the Mid-Market Account Executive team to achieve consistent quota attainment
      - Translate company strategy into clear objectives and actionable sales plans for the team
      - Communicate pipeline health and performance gaps transparently to leadership and team members
      - Provide structured feedback and training interventions to enhance team performance
      - Demonstrate urgency in resolving blockers impacting revenue and simplifying complex sales situations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3+ years of management experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams of 5 or more
      - Proven history of team quota attainment and overachievement
      - Successful track record of hiring and onboarding top sales talent
      - Experience in legal technology or complex B2B sales cycles is preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams and build a strong remote culture
