What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive direct sales to producers, integrators, and large-scale operations in the broiler and breeder segments
- Develop tailored proposals and lead high-value sales negotiations
- Build strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Represent the employer at trade shows, exhibitions, and training events
- Collaborate with key dealers and partners to expand the employer's local presence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years in B2B direct sales, preferably within poultry, livestock, or related industries
- Proven ability to open new doors and build relationships at the executive level
- Background as a Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager
- Education in agriculture, engineering, or business
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong network and reputation within the U.S. poultry industry, especially among producers and integrators
- Experience with technical or capital equipment sales in agriculture or livestock sectors
- Consultative sales mindset, capable of understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-driven approach with persistence and commercial acumen
