      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain business relationships with prospective and current customers in a defined territory
      - Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently
      - Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential new products
      - Conduct effective sales presentations to multiple decision-makers
      - Consistently drive sales growth and profitability within the assigned territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of similar experience
      - 2-5 years of outside sales or account management experience required
      - Proven background in commissioned, tangible product sales
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Strong closing skills and demonstrated problem-solving aptitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Attendance in formal sales training courses
      - Experience with multiple product lines
      - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
