      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment
      - Proven success in cold-calling and generating leads independently
      - Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
      - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or military experience
      - 3+ years of sales experience, especially in consultative and relationship-driven roles
      - Proven ability to design strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue
