What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow the assigned geographic territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment
- Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with customers
- Actively search for and close new business opportunities
- Achieve annual sales targets while maintaining focus on cash flow management
- Consult with customers for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of inside or outside sales experience with rental equipment or commercial/industrial HVAC
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel, including overnight, up to 50% within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HVAC or Building Technologies sales experience
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Working experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer-centric mindset
