What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
- Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the employer brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
- Adapt to different environments and schedules while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Participate in a comprehensive paid training program to obtain the Property & Casualty Insurance license.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required, with 2-3 years preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both prospects and customers.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in typing and PC skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Experience in a customer service-oriented position.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the insurance industry.
