What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase branch profits
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure trust and rapport
- Close deals through lead generation and telephone prospecting
- Collaborate with sales team and operations to provide exceptional customer experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Proven success in prospecting and acquiring new customers
- Effective negotiation and closing skills
- Strong understanding of the sales process and commitment to customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and customer databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the construction or rental industries
- Knowledge of AI in relation to prospecting and customer management
