      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop territory and account strategies to grow relationships with targeted law firms and attorneys
      - Promote and sell the full suite of IMS services through relationship-based sales strategies
      - Conduct daily field visits to meet with current and prospective law firm clients
      - Increase awareness and preference for IMS through outreach and coordinated marketing campaigns
      - Represent IMS at industry conferences and events to enhance brand visibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in a professional services firm, preferably in legal sales
      - Excellent prospecting and business development skills
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
      - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling litigation services, such as court reporting, trial support, or expert services
      - Undergraduate degree preferred
      - Demonstrated success in creating revenue and managing accounts
