What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales objectives and growth targets by coordinating sales activities and driving business development in the assigned territory
- Proactively uncover and qualify new business opportunities through various prospecting methods
- Leverage data-driven territory management to engage target end users and position solutions effectively
- Develop and maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM to support financial goals and activity targets
- Build strong relationships with key Distributor/Converter stakeholders to drive sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial sales and/or marketing
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industrial sales experience
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence complex organizational structures
- Must have a current, valid driver's license and physical ability to drive for lengthy periods
- Availability for air/auto travel up to 70% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Spanish language capability is a plus
