**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Partner with sales account managers and pre-sales consultants to expand sales within existing and new accounts
- Navigate a complex enterprise sales environment to promote and develop competitive business propositions
- Follow up on leads and create new pipeline via prospecting efforts
- Document customer contact and activity data within CRM/Marketing software
- Manage the onboarding process for new select clients and ensure client satisfaction
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Minimum of 12+ years of relevant professional experience
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
- Deep functional knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence software concepts
- Strong presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate business and technical contexts of key accounts

- Broad expertise or unique knowledge contributing to the development of company objectives
- Industry knowledge and understanding of customers' decision-making processes and business objectives
- Experience mentoring others in consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with customers
