**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new production staff during their onboarding and early production
- Guide Loan Officers through systems, workflows, and daily expectations
- Reinforce training content and assist in resolving issues for new Loan Officers
- Support ongoing adoption of sales technologies and assist in generating relevant job aids
- Monitor workflow efficiency and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the NMLS
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant
- Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Encompass and Total Expert
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
