- Facilitate training sessions for Dealer, Customer, and Internal personnel over 3-5 day periods.
- Deliver comprehensive training content independently or with support, depending on the complexity of the material and participants' experience levels.
- Collaborate with the development team to create new training materials or update existing content, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Oversee the sustainment and enhancement of training materials to consistently provide world-class resources (Level III).
- Maintain a professional demeanor, representing the brand with integrity and quick decision-making when faced with unexpected challenges.
- Thrive in dynamic environments, comfortably making on-the-spot decisions and navigating unforeseen issues during training sessions.
- Proactive and independent, effectively advocating for both the company and students, ensuring high value in every training session.
- Adept at problem-solving, improvising solutions when equipment or participants are not fully prepared.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, or 7-9 years without a degree.
- Experience in product management, marketing, training, engineering, service, aftermarket, operations, or sales and marketing (preferably in material handling or a related industry).

- Possess in-depth knowledge in product, industry, or process-related content.
- Deliver compelling and clear presentations to diverse audiences.
- Develop and design instructional materials tailored to specific learning objectives.
- Utilize tools like WebEx for effective webinar delivery and management.
- Create and refine content to ensure it meets high-quality standards.
