What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 solutions
- Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data models, ingestion strategies, and identity resolution
- Optimize data unification, segmentation, and activation use cases
- Provide technical leadership and best practices across the implementation lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud or Data 360 solutions
- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of data models and ingestion strategies
- Expertise in data unification, segmentation, and activation use cases
- Technical leadership experience in implementation projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Data Cloud One solutions
- Familiarity with advanced data analytics and reporting tools
- Background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of best practices in data governance and compliance
