  Title: Salesforce Developer
  Location: Remote
  Duration: 6+ months contract
  Rate: $50.00 - $58.00/HR
  Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
  
  In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. As a member of a collaborative team of Salesforce professionals, you'll report to the Solution Architect and work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and business stakeholders across the organization. Your focus will be on building and maintaining robust, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and other Salesforce technologies to support complex business processes and drive strategic initiatives.
  Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development
  • Experience developing solutions built on Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Platform Developer I Certification
  • Extensive experience developing in Apex, LWC, and SOQL
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Troubleshooting and analysis of Apex code and LWCs
  • Proven ability to implement Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flow, Validation Rules, Formula Fields)
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model
  • Experience working with managed packages and AppExchange tools
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Platform App Builder or Platform Administrator Certifications
  • Advanced Apex Specialist Superbadge
  • Lightning Web Components Specialist Superbadge
  • JavaScript Developer I
  • Experience working in a SDLC and exposure to a DevOps process
  • A trailhead profile with demonstrated training and learning experience
