What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the migration of legacy Visualforce pages to modern Lightning Web Components (LWC) throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices by writing high-quality, maintainable code and ensuring proper documentation
- Conduct system and regression testing to ensure stability and functionality of developed solutions, while troubleshooting bugs
- Identify technical challenges and implement optimal solutions to enhance system performance and user experience
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and team members to ensure smooth execution from design through to deployment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of IT experience with significant hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to clients and C-level stakeholders
- Strong skills in Apex Development, including advanced triggers, classes, and batch processes
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components, including event handling and integration with Apex
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce best practices, security models, and data models
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Background in writing technical design documents and requirements specifications
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a closely related field
