What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate business requirements into functional integration specifications, including data mapping and reconciliation with legacy systems
- Maintain and update documentation for payroll-related data feeds, including time and attendance, benefits, tax, and third-party provider integrations
- Design and execute functional and integration test plans, including user acceptance testing
- Serve as first-line support for payroll integration defects by troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolution with IT, vendors, and business owners
- Identify opportunities to automate manual validations, reduce processing time, and improve data quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining payroll or finance integrations within SAP environments
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll data flows and structures
- Proven experience creating functional specifications and performing data reconciliation
- Hands-on experience executing functional and integration testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to APIs, middleware, or scripting tools such as SQL, Power Query, or Python
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll or SAP ABAP certification
- Experience with robotic process automation or AI-driven data validation tools
- Background supporting large-scale transformation or system implementation initiatives
