      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule surgical procedures, anesthesia services, endoscopy procedures, and pre-admission testing appointments accurately and timely
      - Maintain a verification log of scheduled procedures and coordinate patient scheduling based on medical conditions
      - Resolve scheduling errors and communicate changes to appropriate personnel
      - Ensure proper utilization of operating rooms and available resources
      - Enter CPT and ICD-10 codes for all scheduled cases and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of one year of experience working in an office environment
      - Familiarity with computer systems and scheduling practices
      - Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work cooperatively with others
      - Strong understanding of confidentiality and patient privacy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related office setting
      - Knowledge of surgical procedures and equipment
      - Familiarity with insurance coding and billing practices
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
