      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule or reschedule specialty appointments for Neurology, Orthopedics, and Cardiovascular patients
      - Manage 100-200 phone calls per day while providing timely and efficient service
      - Complete patient registration and address online requests
      - Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
      - Collaborate with patients and providers to enhance the overall patient experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
      - Strong customer service background, particularly in a contact/call center environment
      - Medical office, healthcare, or relevant experience required
      - Proficient in Microsoft products and comfortable with technology
      - Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with Epic or other cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) systems
      - Familiarity with high-volume workloads in a medical setting
      - Ability to navigate multiple software applications using several monitors
