What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain positive relationships with church customers while assisting with summer camp registrations via phone, email, and chat
- Educate customers on Lifeway's various camps, locations, and dates
- Provide customers with pricing, scheduling, and other relevant camp preparation information
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries related to camps, issuing credits according to established guidelines
- Stay informed about changes to camps and demonstrate a passion for serving others and the Church
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Active attendance at an evangelical Christian church and participation in church events or ministries
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Past experience with Lifeway Camps
- Intermediate computer skills, including navigating product databases and online support tools
- Experience with chat support software
