What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a fun shopping experience for customers
- Process customer transactions including in-store purchases and buy online pick-up in-store orders
- Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing, and sales floor replenishment standards
- Assist with processing freight and truck unloading as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe shopping environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative and respectful culture
- Retail experience is a plus but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous retail experience
- Strong initiative in initiating conversations with customers
- Adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
