What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process freight and unload trucks to maintain stock levels
- Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing, and sales floor replenishment standards
- Organize and manage the stockroom efficiently
- Contribute to creating a safe shopping environment for customers
- Assist customers at checkout and with buy online pick up in store purchases as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A can-do attitude with a commitment to a collaborative and respectful culture
- Retail experience is a plus but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous retail experience, which can enhance customer interaction
- Strong ability to initiate conversations with customers
