NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It’s a unique legacy of innovation that’s fueled by great technology—and amazing people. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

We’re looking for a proven strategic leader to drive NVIDIA’s growth with RTX. This role blends executive relationship‑building, enterprise selling, and deep technical collaboration, helping one of our most important customers push the boundaries of simulation, AI, and accelerated computing. You’ll work across programs that shape next‑generation government and aerospace systems, guided by NVIDIA’s one‑team, innovation‑first culture.

      What You’ll Be Doing:

      • Lead the end‑to‑end account strategy for RTX, focusing on modeling & simulation, CAE/CFD, sensor processing, AI/ML, and physical AI workflows.

      • Developing strong executive relationships while engaging deeply with engineers, architects, and developers to understand challenges and identify performance‑enhancing opportunities.

      • Identify integration opportunities for NVIDIA’s libraries and SDKs (CUDA, Triton, TensorRT , cuSignal , NeMo , Omniverse) to accelerate key workloads.

      • Champion adoption of NVIDIA technologies—guiding evaluations, POCs, design decisions, and scale‑out phases.

      • Implement NVIDIA’s ecosystem‑led GTM, aligning ISVs, CSPs, and OEMs to speed up prototyping, deployment, and customer outcomes.

      • Collaborate with NVIDIA solution architects, product, engineering, and partner teams with a low ego, one‑team approach.

      What We Need To See:

      • 12+ years in enterprise IT account management, technical sales, or business development supporting engineering‑focused aerospace organizations, with direct experience working with RTX/Raytheon.

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

      • Consistent record leading complex, multi‑year strategic deals with very large revenue targets and enterprise‑wide impact.

      • Experience in AI, ML, or accelerated computing, ideally applied to defense, aerospace, or critical systems.

      • Understanding of one or more: modeling and simulation, high‑performance CAE/CFD or digital engineering workflows; sensor and signal processing; physical AI concepts.

      • Strong ability to articulate technical value and translate AI‑driven or accelerated solutions into measurable customer outcomes.

      • Strong engagement history working with ISVs, CSPs, and OEMs in a multi‑party GTM motion.

      • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to handle competing priorities.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

      • Extensive experience supporting major FSIs, especially RTX, with established relationships across engineering and program teams.

      • Security Clearance, or ability to be cleared up to TS/SCI+.

      • Hands‑on familiarity with NVIDIA’s accelerated software and hardware stack.

      • Track record of driving modernization or digital engineering initiatives.

      • Strong alignment with NVIDIA values: humble, innovative, collaborative, one‑team, fail‑fast, always learning.
