What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
- Monitor user data and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and product adoption
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support agile transformation initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand technical solution needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- At least 5 years of agile leadership experience, preferably as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum or SAFe
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
- Experience supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, or Policy Administration systems
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions
