      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare export/import authorization requests to support international sales and operations
      - Manage the full lifecycle of export/import authorizations, including internal training and compliance documentation
      - Conduct export/import training and provide guidance to stakeholders on compliance matters
      - Serve as the liaison with U.S. government agencies regarding trade compliance initiatives
      - Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in international trade compliance, legal, or contracting
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
      - Experience applying the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with DECCS and SNAP-R systems
      - Certification as a paralegal or experience in a legal environment
      - Experience in a dynamic, startup environment
      - Professional export compliance certifications
      - Experience working with engineers or in a technical setting
