      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in completing the annual SOX scoping and risk assessment, including quarterly refreshes
      - Coordinate controls walkthroughs and testing, leading deficiency evaluations/reporting
      - Identify opportunities for optimization and automation within the SOX program
      - Monitor IT SOX testing and assist in enhancing documentation, such as Risk and Control Matrices
      - Work with external auditors to ensure the SOX Program meets their requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems Management, or Finance
      - Minimum of 5 years of IT SOX-related experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
      - CISA certification or equivalent (e.g., CPA/CIA or other relevant certification)
      - In-depth knowledge of SOX, COSO Framework, and IT general/application controls
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Public Accounting Firm IT Audit experience
      - Working knowledge of US GAAP
      - Experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services focused on SOX and ICFR controls
