      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and coordinate content for hour-long, multi-segment virtual events
      - Manage logistics, including detailed event plans, tech flows, and rehearsal schedules
      - Oversee live broadcasts as Technical Director, ensuring a positive user experience
      - Conduct post-event analysis by tracking metrics and gathering attendee feedback
      - Collaborate with the Director of Event Technology to manage virtual event platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 – 5+ years of experience as an Event Producer in a broadcast studio
      - Proficiency in Zoom, Zoom webinar, and Wirecast (or similar technology)
      - Full competency in Microsoft Office and strong file management skills
      - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superb attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with virtual event platforms such as Brightcove, Castr, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
      - Knowledge of the U.S. political system, U.S.-Israel relationship, and international affairs
      - Familiarity with project management systems and file management applications like Smartsheet
