      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review assigned claims, contact insured and affected parties, and initiate documentation in the claim handling system
      - Handle complex claims, including large loss injury claims and liability disputes
      - Conduct thorough investigations and coverage analysis to determine claim validity and potential payments
      - Document and code claim files accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
      - Utilize strong negotiation skills to settle claims effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of five years of experience in handling auto injury, homeowner liability, and personal injury claims
      - Knowledge of litigation processes and multi-state claim management
      - Ability to obtain a State Adjuster's license within 90 days of hire if required
      - Must have a valid State Driver's License

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of the Insurance Institute of America's programs or equivalent
      - Advanced knowledge of negligence law, no-fault law, and insurance policy review
      - Experience in managing complex claims involving arbitration or litigation
