      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, conduct claim audits, and perform operational assessments
      - Analyze claims data and key performance indicators to generate insights and identify improvement opportunities
      - Lead initiatives to reduce claim costs and enhance the customer, Dasher, and merchant experience
      - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to shape policies affecting the commercial auto portfolio
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external insurance partners to align claims initiatives with business strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management, risk strategy, or insurance consulting
      - Deep understanding of claims processes, litigation prevention, and insurance program structures
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Strong communication and relationship management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional certifications such as ARM or CPCU
      - Experience collaborating across legal, actuarial, engineering, and operational functions
      - Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
