What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and sell Treasury Management Services to existing and prospective customers using a consultative approach
- Develop and maintain relationships with Branch Managers and Business Bankers to generate new business
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate product benefits
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and manage sales lead channels effectively
- Provide timely implementation of new accounts and resolve customer issues promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2 years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales lead channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Treasury Management Services
- Familiarity with Payment Cycle Selling and Business First techniques
- Proven track record in meeting sales goals and objectives
- Strong analytical skills for data mining within the existing customer base
- Previous experience in a consultative sales environment
