What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Craft compelling copy for emails, in-app product descriptions, websites, and more
- Maintain brand consistency across all written materials to reinforce brand identity
- Collaborate with various teams on copy needs including CRM, product, content marketing, social media, and user acquisition
- Edit and provide feedback on copy produced by other teams
- Regularly audit copy across the ecosystem to ensure consistency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, results-driven setting
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a broad range of copywriting skills
- Experience with App Store Optimization and search engine marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Experience collaborating with external creative agencies and freelancers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for or knowledge of the fintech space
- Proactive eagerness to understand customer needs and learn from internal stakeholders
