      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of product features
      - Build strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive ongoing success and engagement
      - Conduct regular touchbases and quarterly business reviews to ensure customer retention and alignment
      - Identify upsell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning them with new product offerings
      - Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate account records and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Senior Customer Success roles within B2B SaaS (healthcare and Salesforce experience preferred)
      - Proven experience managing a book of business exceeding $3M ARR and closing deals
      - Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
      - Experience navigating complex client relationships to drive retention
      - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and customer success tools, with experience in process automations and reporting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building pipeline and closing deals in a SaaS environment
      - Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders
      - Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and CRM platform education
