What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Success teams to define strategic projects and process improvements
- Support operational programs aligned with the overall organizational strategy
- Manage reporting and tools related to customer health, retention, and expansion
- Ensure data integrity across post-sales systems relevant to Success programs and processes
- Drive accountability by measuring results and executing impactful programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience supporting Customer Success operations activities, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and customer success systems such as CS Platform, BigQuery, Zendesk, and Looker
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives while executing hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across various teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret reports and dashboards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer health, adoption, and Success KPIs
- Proven track record of building trust and managing expectations with diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of global success models and workforce planning
- Experience building and operationalizing premium or tiered support offerings
- Familiarity with cloud security or cybersecurity
