      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive proactive insights from data signals to recommend process improvements for Customer Success teams
      - Collaborate with Success teams to define projects and process enhancements for optimal service delivery
      - Support operational programs aligned with the overall organizational strategy
      - Manage scalable activities related to reporting and tools focused on customer health, retention, and expansion
      - Ensure data integrity across post-sales systems related to Success programs and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience supporting Customer Success operations activities, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
      - Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Customer Success systems (CS Platform, BigQuery, Zendesk, Looker, etc.)
      - Proven experience with customer health, adoption, and Success KPIs
      - Ability to lead process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret reports and KPIs for leadership decision-making

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cloud security or cybersecurity is a plus
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders
      - Customer-first mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experiences through process improvements
