What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary data expert for business decision support through advanced analytics and machine learning techniques
- Lead strategic projects by tackling complex challenges and enabling data solutions
- Design and implement experiments to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain scalable reporting and machine learning models for actionable insights
- Build relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions and guide data solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4+ years of senior analytics experience in a retail setting
- Proficiency in breaking down complex business problems into actionable data solutions
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Quick learner with a results-driven mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Mastery of analytics tools including SQL, Python, and Power BI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing data transformation, automation, and reporting initiatives
- Familiarity with statistical methods, modeling, and machine learning applications
- Strong mentoring skills to nurture the analytics community within the organization
