What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and communicate the vision for data products aligned with business value and maintain a multi-year roadmap
- Develop and prioritize a product roadmap for data platform and analytics capabilities based on ROI and user needs
- Conduct user research to validate assumptions and translate insights into actionable product requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure delivery of features that meet quality and compliance standards
- Monitor product utilization and user retention, iterating based on analytics and user feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on data products
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries and familiarity with healthcare data and analytics products
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to define product vision and manage lifecycle
- Excellent communication and alignment skills across all levels of the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a quantitative or business discipline
- Certifications in Azure, Databricks, or Power BI
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and emerging data technologies
- Experience implementing data governance tools
- Exposure to AI/ML productization and advanced analytics
