      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage design processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency
      - Facilitate key team rituals such as critiques, design reviews, and planning sessions
      - Steward the Figma workspace, ensuring organization and adherence to design standards
      - Own the onboarding experience for new design team members and foster a healthy team culture
      - Define and track design metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in product or design discipline, with 2-3 years in operations or program management
      - Strong understanding of product design and UX processes
      - Exceptional communication skills for effective facilitation and management
      - Hands-on experience with managing Figma workspaces and design tools
      - Proven ability to build processes from scratch with team buy-in

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of AI tool implementation in modern design workflows
      - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana
      - Familiarity with UX research operations or program management
      - Experience scaling a design team during rapid growth phases
