Sr. Executive – SFTO Rail Operations - Rail & Inland Terminals
Job location - Okhla, Delhi
Department - OperationsKey Responsibilities:
• Manage SFTO rake movements across the country and coordinate for timely placement, release, and departure of rakes.
• Monitor rake movements and operational activities closely to ensure smooth and efficient functioning for SFTO Operations on PAN India basis.
• Coordinate with the IR destination terminals and departmental teams for timely placement, release, loading, and departure of rakes.
• Supervise rake operations across the country to maintain operational accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Oversee all SFTO and CTO domestic commercial activities, including RR generation, surrender, and preparation of forwarding notes.
• Ensure timely completion of operational and commercial activities for rake arrival and dispatches in FOIS.
• Oversee commercial aspects of domestic rail operations, including monitoring freight variances between RR values and summaries, and maintaining accurate and timely records.Education - Graduate or equivalent from a reputed University
Experience - Graduate or equivalent from a reputed University
Minimum 4 years proven experience in Rail and PFT
Good knowledge of Rail operations, Railways norms, rail tariffs and trade practices. Strong interpersonal skills and communication with Indian Railways.Technical skills - Good knowledge of Rail operations, Railways norms, rail tariffs and trade practices.
