  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of cloud spend across multiple cloud and AI vendors
  - Build and maintain detailed bottoms-up financial models for cloud infrastructure spend
  - Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to design and execute cloud cost optimization initiatives
  - Support contract negotiations through scenario modeling of cloud usage, pricing, and discount structure
  - Develop dashboards, automated reporting, and executive-level reviews to track cloud spend and efficiency metrics
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - At least 5 years of experience in strategic finance roles at high-growth software companies
  - Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
  - Proficiency with dashboard building, data modeling, and financial reporting
  - Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  - Experience working asynchronously as part of a fully remote, distributed team
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of experience managing cloud costs and/or partnering closely with Engineering teams
  - Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP billing tools (Cost Explorer, CUR, Budgets)
  - Strong understanding of cloud pricing models and cost drivers
  - Experience working with BI Tools such as Omni
  - Knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
